Trip Date (The date you will be shooting on the Range at Milford Hills)
After Required fields are completed, scroll to the bottom of the waiver and select the orange "SIGN" waiver
Once completed, you will recieve email confirmation of completed waiver
Signee must show confirmation email to Milford Hills associate
