Jason J. Zellner (picured right)
Jason’s life exemplifies balance, determination and longevity. As a professional Chef in the constantly demanding pressures of the kitchen, Jason finds his passion in creating food that people will love to eat. Jason graduated from W.C.T.C with a culinary management degree and has work in many different clubs and resorts for the past 13 years. Jason’s journey in culinary started with his first job at age 16 when he then discovered that he wanted to be a chef one day. His commitment to sports and fitness and determination to succeed were developed from his lifelong love of sports, including wrestling for 15 years, triathlons and hunting. Jason will have the opportunity to pass on many great athletic traits to his two young boys Ezekiel (5) and Zaccheus (3). Jason has competed in 14 half Ironman races and has also completed 2 full Ironman races. After his first Ironman in 2009 he has trained and gained knowledge for the longer endurance events. In 2012 he raced his 2nd Ironman for charity and plans on doing more. Jason works hard and plays hard as he enjoys the finer things in life -- traveling, music and being a dad. His faith in God has helped him through many challenges as well as brings him balance in all aspects of his life.
